An Bord Pleanála finds that the Roscrea Tesco store development violates proper planning

An Bord Pleanála inspector has found that the Roscrea Town Centre development as constructed is an “unauthorised development”. The hard hitting inspector’s report records serious planning violations.

An Bord Pleanála have announced this week that they have upheld the planning appeal brought by the community action group ‘Planning Roscrea’s Future’. An Bord Pleanála have overturned the decision of North Tipperary County Council to give planning permission to developer, Tiernan Properties Ltd., for developments at the Tesco Roscrea ‘town centre’ site.
